It sits behind a controlled entry, wraps around a central lake and a 33,000-plus-square-foot clubhouse, and hosts one of the most active social calendars in the city. Province sits in 85138, on the south side of Maricopa, just off John Wayne Parkway, behind a gated entry that filters traffic and sets the tone for what is inside. Streets are wide, sidewalks are continuous, and golf carts share the road with full-size vehicles inside the community.
The community is age-qualified under HOPA. At least one resident in each home must be 55 or older. Permanent residents under age 19 are not allowed. Floor plan and lot orientation. Province has a wide range of floor plans across original Engle phases, later Lennar active adult phases, and current new construction. Lots vary from interior to lake-frontage to common-area frontage. Pricing premiums for view and lot orientation are real and meaningful. Healthcare and convenience. Many Province residents make weekly trips to Banner Casa Grande or Banner Ironwood for healthcare.
