Who can join?

Businesses that serve homeowners in the City of Maricopa, in Pinal County, and the surrounding area. That includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, pool service, painting, flooring, cleaning, handyman, pest control, movers, storage, and local lifestyle businesses such as restaurants and fitness.

Settlement service providers, meaning lenders, title and escrow companies, home inspectors, home warranty companies, and closing attorneys, can be listed too, but only on the free courtesy list. More on why below.

What do partners get?

• A listing our clients actually see. The network is built for the homeowners the James Sanson Team has helped buy and sell, and for residents who use the site. You can see the network homeowners use.
• Category placement. Your business appears in the trade category where a homeowner would look for it.
• A direct line to the customer. Listings carry your phone or website, so the homeowner reaches you, not a middleman.
• Local association. You are listed alongside a team that has closed more than 1,300 homes and has specialized in Maricopa since 2004.

We do not promise a number of calls, jobs, or customers. A listing is exposure, not a promise of business.

How does the advertising model work?

• Flat advertising, not referral fees. Home service and lifestyle partners pay a flat fee for a listing and exposure. Nobody pays us per customer, per call, or per closed job.
• Disclosed on the listing. Where a business is a paid partner, the listing says so, so homeowners can weigh it.
• Terms provided on review. Advertising terms are shared during application review, once we confirm your category and licensing.

Why are lenders, title companies, and inspectors handled differently?

Federal rules on real estate settlement services restrict payments and things of value tied to referrals of settlement business. We take that seriously, and we keep it simple: settlement service providers are never paid partners, never pay for placement, and are never in any reciprocal referral arrangement with us. They appear only as a free, disclosed courtesy so homeowners have names to start with.

What do we ask of partners?

• An active license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors where your trade requires one, and current insurance.
• Accurate business information, and consent to be listed.
• Good standing with your customers. We check current reviews and we remove businesses that do not treat homeowners well.
• Show up for the customer the way you would want a contractor to show up for you.

How do I apply?
