How does the team model work?

James Sanson has been licensed in Arizona since August 2002 and has specialized in the City of Maricopa since 2004, with more than 1,300 closings. The team runs a marketing system built around Maricopa: a portfolio of local websites, video, search visibility, direct mail, retargeting, and a homeowner resource network. That system produces buyer and seller inquiries.

The model is simple. James handles listings. Buyer representation runs through the buyer team. When the system produces more qualified business than the team can serve, those leads are handed to agents on the team. You work them, you close them, and you keep the rest of your business entirely your own.

What do agents get?

• Leads from a system that already exists. You are plugging into marketing that is running, not building from zero.
• A local brand. Maricopa-specific websites, video, and search presence that people in 85138 and 85139 already see.

• A defined lane. Listings run through James. Buyers run through the buyer team. You know where your business comes from.
• Real Broker LLC. The team operates under Real Broker LLC. Your license would be held there.

How is compensation structured?

Two rules, stated plainly.

• Your own business is yours. Any client you generate on your own, you keep your commission on, subject to your brokerage plan.
• Team leads carry a referral fee. On business the team hands you, a referral fee applies to that transaction. The percentage and the mechanics are covered in a conversation, not on a web page, because they depend on the lead source and your situation.

We do not publish income claims, averages, or projections. Nobody can promise you what you will earn, and we will not.

Who is a fit?

• You hold an active Arizona real estate license, or are close to getting one.
• You want to build a business centered on the City of Maricopa. You are not limited to Maricopa, and neither are we, but this is where the system is aimed.
• You answer the phone. Leads have a short shelf life and the system rewards speed.
• You are comfortable working within a defined structure with a listing side and a buyer side.

Who is not a fit?

• You want leads handed to you without doing the follow-up.
• You need a promised number of leads or a promised income. Neither exists here or anywhere honest.
• You are not willing to work under Real Broker LLC.
