Glennwilde, also called Glennwilde Groves, is a Fulton Homes community in Maricopa, AZ with about 1,917 homes and two heated pools, tennis, sport fields, a stocked fishing lake, and paths throughout. Glennwilde sits inside the 85138 zip, with quick access to John Wayne Parkway. The community grew in phases over the years, so the resale market offers everything from original 2006-era homes in the established sections to much newer homes built in the later phases. That range is unusual in Maricopa, and it works in Glennwilde's favor: the established sections have grown-in landscaping and a long resale history, while the newer-built sections offer more current finishes. Glennwilde is now built out, so all of these homes trade on the resale market.
Floor plans range from approximately 1,400 square feet on the smaller end up to 3,500-plus square feet for the larger layouts. Three to five bedrooms, two to three baths. Single-story and two-story options across most price points. Two-car garages are standard, and three-car options are on larger plans.
